Ordered a set of Lego Batman S2 minifigures in December, quickly checked it at the time and all seemed in order. When it came to wrapping them as a gift some months later however I noticed I had one of the characters twice and one was missing. I contacted TMS and they resolved it within a matter of days. Superb service once again, I've ordered multiple times but this is the first time I've had to get in contact, and I must say the customer service is excellent.

If I could I would have given you ten stars! Everything I have ordered has arrived promptly and complete. However I had the Series 13 "King" on my waiting list for about two years, the list got deleted. Just recently I remembered about the list and contacted The Minifigure Store who now had the figure in store again. It was apparently posted to me immediately but went missing in the post! No trouble, The Minifigure Store posted a replacement and now at last my "Queen" has her "King".Thank you for your trouble in sorting out the problem . . .

Love the display case and filled it with the mini figures for our 7 year old grandson who could have the largest LEGO collection ever.We chose LEGO name bricks to go on the LEGO pigs which only come n one colour so both grandchildren can identify their LEGO money boxes easilyThank you mMinifigures
