All UK orders are shipped via RM24, and we offer free UK delivery on orders over £20 and next working day delivery within the UK
UK Next Day Delivery
UK next day delivery is available at a flat rate cost of £7.95, orders must be place before 3pm Monday - Thursday for next working day delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping. The delivery cost is caluclated per order at the checkout. Please note that any orders sent outside of the UK may be liable for customs charges and import duty which is the responsibility of the customer.
How long until my order ships?
All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. We usually ship orders on a Saturday until Midday.
Refunds and cancellations policy
we offer a 30 day money back returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s you may return them to us in their original condition. To return an item to us for a refund or exchange please contact us beforehand, your refund will usually be processed within 72 hours of receipt of returned products. You may cancel your order at anytime before it is shipped, once your order has been shipped your order cannot be cancelled until the items are returned to us in their original condition. If returning an order for a refund, the items must be returned to us in the original resalable condition at the customers cost. Please note that when returning an order for a refund the refund received minus the initial postage charge paid.
