You may cancel your order at anytime before it is shipped, once your order has been shipped your order cannot be cancelled until the items are returned to us in their original condition. If returning an order for a refund, the items must be returned to us in the original resalable condition at the customers cost. Please note that when returning an order for a refund the refund received minus the initial postage charge paid.
